Telesens IT introduces a new CEO. According to the recent information from the Head of the Board Eduard Rubin, Olesia Ulianova has been appointed to the position of the Chief Executive Officer of the Ukrainian development center since the 20th of September.
Olesia Ulianova graduated from the Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics, with a PhD degree, specialising in systems analysis. She has also an MBA degree, and over 8 years of work experience in the technological industry, starting from the position of a trainer for technical specialists, and growing up to the Head of a training department in international companies. For about two years she coordinated educational projects at the Kharkiv IT Cluster. She is also an experienced soft skills trainer.
Besides fundamental knowledge basis in software development, Olesia Ulianova can lead the transformation processes within companies.
In her new role Olesia will help the employees to accept changes and adopt to new business requirements, and implement the strategy, which was elaborated at the strategic session. Telesens is going to expand its own product and service line in order to suggest them to new customers.
