Job Description

Integration and Customer Support engineer to support Service Assurance product line. Reporting to Integration Manager in Ukraine.

Skills & Experiences

First or second degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

2 years of experience working with Linux/Windows platforms.

Experience in system integration.

Basic knowledge in Oracle database (user level).

Basic knowledge in Linux administration, shell scripts.

Knowhow in Telecom – advantage.

Experience in scripting – advantage.

High motivated person, autodidact, and ability to learn fast.

Intermediate level of English (Speaking, Reading, Writing).

Hard worker.

Excellent inter-personal skills.

Organized, tedious, responsible person.


Planning, configuration, deployment and maintenance work.

Supporting customers and onsite engineers in EMEA, in their work with the Service Assurance solution, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, answering questions, providing tier-1 and tier-2 support, and training.

Monitor various systems' capacity and provide forecasts for added or reduced capacity.

Ensure all necessary operational processes are up & running, and troubleshooting simple and complex issues

Working with ticketing-system, maintaining SLA response time frames.

Working with different functions in the organization: Product Management, R&D, QA, Technology team, etc.

Requires 10%-20% travel to customers in EMEA for installation and onsite support.
